Hashbrown Winters is the leader of his treehouse club and he's gotten himself in a problem that could hurt his friends, and more importantly, him. Hashbrown and his friends fear Hambone Oxcart, a bully the size of a bulldozer with feet the size of a small hippo. Hambone isn't a fan of Hashbrown or his treehouse club. Lets just say he wants to pound Hashbrown into a tater tot. Can Hashbrown and his friends survive the wrath of Hambone?
The Adventures of Hashbrown Winters
is a hilarious book that will keep you turning pages. I stayed up late reading it because I couldn't put it down. I really liked how all the characters had nicknames. There are guys named Teeter-Totter, Pot Roast and Squid. You'll have to read the book to find out where these characters nicknames came from.
I had never heard of Frank L. Cole before reading this book. I love his writing style and can't wait to read more books by him.
