Wildwood was definitely one of the best books I have ever read. Ever. It was funny, suspenseful,
adventurous, and filled with amazing illustrations. Once you finish it I know you'll be craving for more.  Wildwood is a great book for boys and girls of all ages.

The Throne of Fire by Rick Riordan

After saving the world from the god of evil, Set, a few weeks ago Sadie and Carter Kane are assigned for another world saving challenge.  Apophis, the god of chaos is breaking free from his prison after thousands of years of being locked up, and he plans to rid the world of order and have chaos rule. Unfortunately, the only one strong enough to battle Apophis is Ra, the god of order, but no one has seen Ra for many years.  So the obvious thing to do would be to go to those who have experience on saving the world, and that happens to be the Kanes.  Sadie and Carter, accompanied by Bes, the dwarf god, must find Ra to put Apophis back in place.  But can they do it in only five days?  Find out in The Throne of Fire!

The Throne of Fire is an adventurous book full of humorous characters.  I enjoyed every bit of it and hope that you will too. This book is great for boys and girls 9-12.

The Red Pyramid was an amazing book filled with humor, action and adventure.  This book is sure to be a hit among boys and girls from 9-12 years old.

In the book, Knucklehead: Tall Tales & Mostly True Stories of Growing Up Scieszka, Jon Scieszka gives readers a little insight on growing up in the Scieszka family.  Jon had an interesting childhood, filled with toys, battles, and a lot of brothers.  Jon also learned a lot of useful things too, like how to get out of doing chores like scooping dog poop, or cleaning the the toilet.  If you want to read all the hilarious stories about Jon's childhood read Knucklehead: Tall Tales & Mostly True Stories of Growing Up Scieszka.

Knucklehead is a hilarious story that was filled with laughs nonstop.  It was definitely a top ten book for me.  You cannot go through your childhood without reading Knucklehead.

This book is like no other, it is ten hilarious stories wrapped into one!  What guy could resist?  Eleven authors with unique ways of writing decided to put all their brilliance into one book.  You might recognize some of these names, there's Mac Barnett, Eoin Colfer, Christopher Paul Curtis,
Kate DiCamillo and Jon Scieszka, Paul Feig, Jack Gantos, Jeff Kinney, David Lubar, Adam Rex, and David Yoo.  Even if you're one of those guys who hate reading, you're guaranteed  to love the book Guys Read | Funny Business because the stories are short, the writing is interesting and every one had me laughing.

Guys Read | Funny Business is the bomb.  It was so good I started re-reading it the moment I was finished.  Boys of all ages are guaranteed to love this book.

The Candymakers is a great book, filled with mystery and surprises.  It was an awesome story I loved instantly, I could hardly put it down.

Hashbrown  returns for yet another thrilling adventure, in Hashbrown Winters and the Mashimoto Madness!  Hashbrown is on top of his game, everybody wants to be in his club.  But then of course, Hi Mashimoto, the boy millionaire, had to step in and make the worlds coolest tree house.  You guessed it,  things totally switched around.  All of Hashbrown's best buds start hanging out with Hi, and it seems as if they have no choice, as if their zombies waiting for a command.  What's going on?  Can Hashbrown save his clubs reputation and friendships?  Find out in the amazing adventure of Hashbrown Winters and the Mashimoto Madness!

After reading all the amazing adventures of Hashbrown Winters and his buddies,  I decided Frank L. Cole was definitely one of my top ten authors.  The second addition to the Hashbrown Winters series is a really great story.  I loved it so much I've already read it three times.  You have got to read this book.

Hashbrown Winters and the Phantom of Pordunce by Frank L. Cole

The Adventures of Hashbrown Winters by Frank L. Cole

Hashbrown Winters is the leader of his treehouse club and he's gotten himself in a problem that could hurt his friends, and more importantly, him.  Hashbrown and his friends fear Hambone Oxcart, a bully the size of a bulldozer with feet the size of a small hippo.  Hambone isn't a fan of Hashbrown or his treehouse  club.  Lets just say he wants to pound Hashbrown into a tater tot. Can Hashbrown and his friends survive the wrath of Hambone?

The Adventures of Hashbrown Winters is a hilarious book that will keep you turning pages.  I stayed up late reading it because I couldn't put it down.  I really liked how all the characters had nicknames.  There are guys named Teeter-Totter, Pot Roast and Squid.  You'll have to read the book to find out where these characters nicknames came from.

I had never heard of Frank L. Cole before reading this book.  I love his writing style and can't wait to read more books by him.

Summer of the Monkeys is the only book that ever that made me cry. It's one of the best books I've ever read.  Considering I'm a boy and I don't usually cry, it must be.  Summer of the Monkeys may even be better than Where the Red Fern Grows.  You HAVE to read this book!  It's a HAVE-TO read.  No option.

Leven Thumps and the Gateway to Foo by Obert Skye

Leven Thumps is a normal kid, kind of. OK, Not really. His parents hate him along with basically every other person on the planet. That is before he discovers Clover, a cat-like creature called a sycophant. Clover convinces Leven to come to Foo, a totally different world. Oh and he has to save our world from some crazy lunatic named Sabine.

Leven Thumps and the Gateway to Foo is funny and full of suspense with every page you turn.

Lawn Boy by Gary Paulsen

Lawn Boy is a story about how one boy's summer lawn mowing business turned grass into cash.

When a 12-year-old boy's grandma gives him an old lawn mower for his birthday, he decides to start a lawn mowing business. Because what else are you supposed to do with a lawn mower?  By the end of each week he makes five-hundred dollars. Lucky for him, one of his first clients is a stockbroker who offers to help him learn all there is to know about business, including investing-which can make a boy rich.  But all that money can get trouble involved too.  Big trouble.

Lawn Boy is a quick read, I finished it within an hour.  I'm positive you'll love this funny book as much as I did.
